MEET TRUDY

Hi, I’m Trudy, founder of Feel Strong Live Long.

My journey with DDP Yoga began in 2021 as a deeply personal quest for change. After seeing a photo of myself and not recognizing the person looking back, I knew I had to take control of my health. I remembered trying DDP Yoga back in 2018, but this time, I committed fully, one month turned into a life-changing practice. Over time, I lost 72 lbs, rebuilt my strength, and discovered a new level of confidence and energy I didn’t think was possible.

Through practice, study, and teaching, I’ve learned that DDP Yoga is more than a workout, it’s a powerful way to heal your body, shift your mindset, and reclaim your life.

I created Feel Strong Live Long to be more than just a place to work out. It’s a welcoming space where real people, of all ages, shapes, and abilities, can get stronger, improve mobility, and feel better in their bodies without feeling intimidated by fancy poses or high-impact moves. Whether you’re here to lose weight, increase energy, reduce pain, or simply move more freely, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Beyond the Mat
As a Tony Robbins-trained coach, I bring high energy, motivation, and mindset tools into my classes, helping students not only transform physically but also strengthen their confidence and self-belief. With my background in filmmaking, I also run a YouTube channel where I share classes and resources for a growing community of students worldwide.

I’m passionate about empowering people, especially those over 40, to take back control of their health, create sustainable habits, and live with purpose. DDP Yoga gave me the tools to change my life, and I’m honored to help you change yours.

DDPY workouts combine yoga positions, sports rehab therapy, calisthenics and dynamic resistance.

Traditional Yoga Positions

Work with your body weight to strengthen muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Lean muscle growth and increased flexibility, increasing agility and balance. Improve posture, increase bone density.

Dynamic Resistance teaches you how to engage your muscles in every aspect of the workout by resisting, or pressing against each move.
