Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

My journey began in July 2021, when I saw a photo of myself - and I didn’t recognize the person looking back at me. I was shocked. In that moment, something shifted. I knew it was time to take control of my life.

I remembered trying DDPY back in 2018, after watching Arthur’s inspiring transformation video. At the time, I thought the workouts felt too slow for me, and I let it go. But this time was different. I made a promise to myself: give it one month.

So I did the workouts every day for a month. Slowly but surely, my clothes started to feel looser. But more importantly, I started to feel better in my body and in my mind. I felt stronger. More hopeful.

I kept going. I signed up for a 3-month membership, and then I never looked back.

After losing 68 pounds and transforming not just my body, but my mindset, I made another decision: I became a certified DDPY instructor.

Why? Because I believe in this method with my whole heart and I want to share it with anyone who’s ready to take that first step.

Feel Strong Live Long was born from a simple truth:
We all deserve to feel strong in our bodies, clear in our minds, and connected to something deeper.

I’m a certified DDPY instructor, a yoga guide, and someone who believes that wellness isn’t just a workout - it’s a way of living. It’s how we move, how we think, how we breathe, and how we show up for life.

Over the years, I’ve seen that real transformation doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from tuning in.
That’s why I created Feel Strong Live Long - to offer a space where movement meets meaning, and strength is built from the inside out.

This is not another "lose weight" program, it's a way of reconnecting with yourself (your core) through yoga with dynamic resistance, by involving all your muscles and raising your heart rate to achieve an optimal heart rate for Fat Burn Zone.

These pictures are proof that this program works. What started as a "want to lose weight", transformed my life. Nothing else worked until I committed myself to working out once a day with DDP yoga.
